Terms of Warranty

  1. Warranty period starts with the delivery of the product and covers a 2-year period.
  2. All products, including all parts are covered in our company’s warranty.
  3. In case of fault or defect, the time period of product repair is added to the warrany period. Repair period cannot exceed 30 workdays. This term begins on the date of delivery of the faulty product to the service station, or in case of absence of a service station, to the reseller, store, importer or manufacturer. In case the fault is not repaired within 15 workdays, the manufacturer or the importer is obliged to deliver another product of similar features to the consumer.
  4. In case of a fault occurence due to material, labor or assembly, the repair will be performed with no charges to the consumer such as spare parts, labor costs or any such label.
  5. Although the consumer practices his/her right to the warranty,
    • Provided that the warrant period is not over, if the product becomes faulty with the same reason twice or any other reason 4 times within 1-year following the out-of-service delivery of the product to the consumer or faults occur 6 or more times within the warranty period and that these faults and the consumer’s inability to benefit from the product is continuous,
    • If the maximum product repair period is exceeded,
    • If the company’s service station, or in case of absence of a service station, to the reseller, store, importer or manufacturer reports the the repair of the product is impossible, The comsumer has the right to ask for an exchange of the product free of charge, redeem the sales fee of the product or a discount of equivalent value.
  6. The warranty is void for faults caused negligent use of the product, not in accordance with the product’s manual.
  7. Comsumer can apply to “Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin ve Rekabetin Korunması Genel Müdürülü” in case of a conflict with the terms of warranty.
