Product Maintenance
In order to protect and keep your product in use for a long period;
- Do not overheat your product when empty.
- Be careful not to overheat oil when empty. Avoid using metal tools. Do not use metal dish washing tools or granulated dishwashing soap. Use liquid and cream detergent.
- Center your pot or pan to the gas burner for maximum efficiency and energy saving.
- Staining and abration on your product are normal following a long term of usage. These will not alter th efficiency of your product.
- The enamel outer coating may become lose color in time due to dishwaher detergent effect. This is not covered under product warranty.
- Wipe your kitcher product with a scarcely oiled cloth prior to initial use.
- Handwashing the product is recommended although the product is dishwasher safe.
- If something gets burnt in the product, fill the product with water and and let it wait for a couple of hours.
- Product can be safely used with “vitro ceram” and/or halogen burners ONLY if it is indicated in the product’s package and manual.
- Use only plastic and wooden kitchenware. Never use metal with your product.
- If the product is used for frying, fill no more that 1/3 of its volume with oil.
- Depending on the nature of water exposed to, gray-colored lime layer may be formed inside the product. In order to prevent this, make sure that the water level inside the product is never less than 3cm.
- Do not leave your product to heat when empty for too long as this may negatively effect the color and PTFE coating of the product.
- Do not expose your product to sudden temperature changes.
Technical Information
Our product are manufactured using high wuality Etial-5. Outer surfaces are dyed with Thermex, resistent up to 165°C, sprey silicon paint, resistent up to 230°C or enamel resistent up to 450°C. The inner surfaces are coated with non-adherent PTFA (Polytetrafloretilen) resistent up to 280°C. Bakelite handles are fit only for usage with a burner, products with these equipment should not be used in ovens.
Important Particulars Regarding Warrenty
The following conditions are not covered under warranty.
- Conditions due to misuse of product.
- Conditions of outside effects such as strokes, collisions etc.
- Your product is not under warranty without a copy of your invoice.
