  • By heating the storage plate before and covering it tightly, your foods will get cool late if the meats need to wait after grilled.
  • Benmari style cooking: placing the pot into a bigger one that has water in it and simmer in order to prevent the touch of the food with the fire bottom of the pot. When this method is preferred, the level of the water in the bigger pot should be at least come up to half way of the food.
  • To get the best result on soup, sauce and rice, consume the meat broth daily. Boiling several times, makes the flour bad.
  • If you serve roasted meat after cooking 15 minutes, it will taste better and will be cut more easily.
  • During frying, oil temperature must remain constant. For this, be careful not to put too much food at a time.
  • If you add one or two carrots, onion or similar vegetables to the boiling water of the pasta, it will taste much better.
  • When using a steam cooker, the amount of food and the water should not completely fill the pot; 1/3 of it should remain empty.
  • Cooking rice properly calls for expertise. If the rice is still hard after absorbing water, add ¼ hot water and continue to cook until the rice absorbs the water.
  • If the soup is too salty, peel the skins of a potato, cut it into 2 pieces and throw it into the soup pot.
  • When cooking meat broth, boil them with the cold water so that its flavor will spread evenly.
  • When boiling vegetables, adding some vinegar to the boiling water will help vegetables keep their proper colors.
